The phpcube loader downloads renewed licenses by itself, so you usually don't need to do anything. Use this only if your server blocks outbound HTTPS or allow_url_fopen is off. It installs a cron job that checks for a renewed license every 6 hours. You don't need to re-encode your files, and PHP doesn't need a restart.
Keep the license UUID private. Anyone who has it can download this license file.
