phpcube ("we", "us", "our") is a software product providing a native PHP Zend Engine C extension loader and encoder for source code protection. We operate this website and the associated license provisioning service. For privacy inquiries, contact us via the channels listed on our Contact page.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to process your order and provide support:

• •Name or organization — optional, used for license personalization and support identification.
• •Blockchain Transaction Hash (TxID) — required to verify your crypto payment. This is a public blockchain record, not private financial data.
• •Telegram handle or WhatsApp number — optional, used only if you choose to receive support via those channels.
• •Domain names — provided by you when issuing a license, used solely to configure domain-lock restrictions in your license.lic.
• •Server IP address — optionally provided by you for IP-lock binding in Pro and Agency plans.

3. How We Use Your Information

• ✓To verify crypto payment transactions and record order history.
• ✓To provide technical support and respond to inquiries.
• ✓To embed your client name and domain restrictions inside cryptographically signed license.lic files.
• ✗We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• ✗We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or analytics beyond basic server access logs.

4. Crypto Payments & Third-Party Processors

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency. We accept direct wallet transfers and optionally use NOWPayments as an automated payment gateway.

• •When using NOWPayments, your email and order amount are shared with NOWPayments solely to generate a payment invoice. Their Privacy Policy applies to that interaction.
• •For direct wallet transfers, no third-party processor receives your data. Transaction hashes are public blockchain records.
• •We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or any traditional payment credentials.

5. Data Storage & Security

• •Order and license data is stored in a server-side SQLite database accessible only to authorized administrators.
• •Cryptographic keys (vendor private keys, master keys) are never stored in the database or transmitted to clients.
• •We retain order records for a minimum of 2 years for dispute resolution and license re-issuance purposes.
• •We implement reasonable technical measures to protect stored data from unauthorized access.

• •Request correction of inaccurate data.
• •Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal obligation to retain order records.

Note: Deleting your data does not invalidate previously issued licenses, as those are cryptographically self-contained.

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts (e.g. Google Analytics). Session cookies may be used solely for portal authentication. No cross-site tracking is performed.
